Past President of Tasmanian Catholic Schools Parents and Friends Federation and current Treasurer of the Sacred Heart College, Treasurer of the Lenah Valley Parent Auxiliary, Treasurer of the Sacred Heart College Parents & Friends Association, Deputy Chair Sacred Heart College Advisory Board, Chairperson Moonah-Lutana Pastoral Council and Liturgy Committee, Parent representative and leader of the children's and Youth Ministry Moonah-Lutana Parish.  Currently studying diploma in Theology with Broken Bay Institute NSW. 

Currently Executive Officer of the Tasmanian Catholic Parnts & Friends Federation, Member of the Tasmanian Catholic Capital Projects and Block Grant Authority and Member of the Tasmanian Catholic Government Funding Working Party.

He has a number of years experience in dealing with the matters surrounding the funding and educational matters of children in non-government schools, though his involvement within his local school environment and at regional, state and national levels.
